Location, comfort, garden, kitchen area ,bathroom beautiful. Lucky enough weather was so amazing never switched on a TV nor sat in the lounge .

For a longer stay a wardrobe in the main room would be essential. Noise from boiler in the night probably couldn't be avoided . We didn't touch the thermostat as was Mediterranean weather ! The second bedroom I couldn't quite reach the mirror with my own hairdryer but I could have rearranged I'm sure.

Location of the property as we needed It was very quiete Lovely clean area Excellent for anyone travelling via train On street parking or car park opposite

Was unable to park outside property so had to pay £8 for the night

"Disappointing. The issues we had could have been easily avoided."

Central location, clean and well equipped property

We booked this accommodation for a family wedding 4 months in advance. Although we made a request for an early check in at this time it was never responded to. We contacted them again nearer the time to ask for the door code and how to receive a parking permit for the road outside. Again these were left unanswered. Finally a few days before the stay we were given an entrance code and told a permit had been arranged. On arrival we asked a parking attendant to check but no permit was recorded. Our main issue with this property was we were unable to lock the door from the outside using the door code and despite ringing both the numbers provide plus an additional one in the house could not get hold of the host. We finally had a response from the back up number who advised us that the original instructions we were given for the door lock were for a previous one that had been replaced due to damage. We were made to feel like it was our fault for booking so far in advance. Some simple steps could have avoided the stress and anxiety that this caused on what should have been a family celebration. The house may be well equipped but we feel that the host needs to ensure visitors have all the correct information before arrival to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Very convenient for town and station! Great court yard to sit out!

Mattress protector needs changing and a couple of pillows need to be changed too maybe put pillow protectors on but overall it was great!
