Decor, location, ease of access. Comfy beds, welcome bottle of prosecco a nice touch. Parking permit.

Noisy boiler in second bedroom when heating went on and off. Couple of cracked floor tiles in bathroom need replacing, along with radiator.

Lovely property ideal for us, near to centre and everything needed for a very pleasant stay.

Some bits very minor iro cleaning i.e. large spiders web in back bedroom, oven hood dusty but didn't spoil our stay.

"It was a comfortable venue with a noise which disturbed a nights sleep"

The place was very neat and comfortable.

There was a terrible noise at night which sounded like a generator running at the neighbours, which disturbed our sleep. Parking was very limited, even though we applied for a permit.

A welcome bottle of prosecco

Cleanliness: The shower was filthy and unusable. No blind on the bathroom window and overlooked by close properties. Lack of information about where the parking permit would be valid. Boiler noise, like a jet engine, boosting during the night 2am disturbing both bedrooms. Front bedroom, TV doesn't work. Venetian blind hardly keeps any light out from the street lamp outside window. Poor quality bed linen and cheap small towels. Poor communication with the owner on the issues, dismissive response 😕

"Very enjoyable stay apart from the noisy boiler."

The property was very well equipped and clean and tidy, the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch.

Unfortunately for us what spoilt our stay was the fact that the boiler made a very loud noise several times through the night and woke everyone up,,this was bad enough to stop us visiting again.
