Stylish Apartment - Street Parking - Rowley Regis 49G

The location was near a few shops and take aways The accommodation was available at short notice There was a supermarket a car ride away The apartment was quite spacious and decor was decent There was a cooker and hob The company changed the mattress on the third day of us being there to something a bit better The shower room was good There was hot water and temperature control for the apartment It was quiet Okay for short one night stay

The freezer was unusable and our food perished as there was a build up of ice in it and a bag of ice in it so the door could not close The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and stained. It was later changed on day 3 of 5 but should not have been in the apartment to start with. The company would not refund us when we reported the issues in the apartment and said we wanted to check out early The toaster is rusted as is the kettle so we did not use them The shower heads needed deep cleans There is a 150 deposit and ID verification which are OTT for the accommodation The quality of furnishings - sofa was not comfortable and coffee table needs replacing There are two hanging rails rather than wardrobe

N/A - just that there was no need to leave a deposit as I always ensure the property is spotless on departure.

Loved the house was very welcoming and spacious for a one bedroom. The style was amazing .

Everything was perfect

Bed was comfortable.

Windows blind were slightly broken. Freezer door didn't close as there was a build up of ice on the door.

Great for a M5 stopover on way to the south west. Had pub, takeaway food and a few shops nearby. Parked on street right outside the accommodation. Great shower and lots of hot water.

Wasn't able to find normal channels such as BBC 1 on TV easily but only there overnight so not a problem.
