Racha Kiri Resort & Spa, Khanom

Very high-quality, beautifully designed and parctical hotel. Is in a really good location. Look and smells great on arrival with a welcome drink. My seaview room had the most amazing views, room was comfortable and clean, with a good working air conditioner. Love the pool area and breakfast was deliciours. Nice view. Staff was so kind and polite and helpful. We had an absolutely lovely stay and would highly recommend this fabulous hotel. Racha Kiri Resort And Spa.

Very nice location in the hills, very friendly staff, good breakfast served on the place, nice room with big balkony overviewing the golf and Koh Samui some miles away

Hotel not good for older people, long ways, many big stars, no beach

Beautiful setting. Nice restaurant overlooking the Gulf. Workers very pleasant.

This is not a resort for old people. Built on a hillside, stairs to get anywhere and many places not adequate railings.

The hotel is beautiful in a lovely beachside location. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

The photos online should match what you are given. It felt like we were the only two in the hotel and still our room wasn't very good. Room old and dirty in places, a red sauce like stain near the toilet!!. Balcony had litter on!! Taps wouldn't run properly. TV kept losing signal. I feel sorry for the staff, I understand covid has had an impact on tourism (I work in tourism myself) and the staff now recieve the negativity from guests and reviews, when it needs to be the owning company to invest more and take responsibility. A few years of nothing means you need to invest to get it back to the rating it states online. 5 star hotel once before. Now 3. Unfair on the staff and I see why they are losing motivation. Owning company and investors should start spending to get the hotel back to where it was before and stop using the we'll invest more when we make more, because you are losing profit everyday at the moment.

Bath shower needed repair work, Entrance area to room flooded with rain.

Breakfast was extremely bad for a 5star hotel, they changed from buffet to a la carte … You can imagine what that means!!! The time of that hotel is long over !!!
