Racha Kiri Resort & Spa, Khanom

Maybe this has been a really good resort 10-15 years ago. The pool area is beautiful and the view is stunning.

The staff didn’t speak a word of English. Our room was a long way from the reception with many stairs. We immediately had problems with a water leak from the air conditioner causing water dripping at the floor in the room. The water was cold in the bathtub. We got to change room and in that room one of the lamps were broken and we also found a cockroach running around! When we wanted a massage for two in the spa there was only one person working and it closed at 4pm so no treatments or massage. The restaurant closed at 7pm and no other restaurants were opened in the area. We had to go to bed hungry. The staff really try to give good service but it is not enough and with that price it’s not at all worth it. There were no guests except for a couple of Asian families and it’s end of the season but they could have told us about how it was almost closed so we knew when we booked.

old and beautiful ,in need of some maintenance works and improved cleaning staff super friendly smiley but sadly no one spoke English and very difficult to get anywhere due to no transport available.

close to every attractions in Khanom. Good nearby seafood restaurants within short walking distance.

Great view on the rock but no beach. The rooms Re a but old but spacious. Hilly not suitable for elders.
