SmartDepas Tulum

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in SmartDepas Tulum sehr genossen! Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss war sehr gut gelegen und durch die Bepflanzung trotzdem nicht direkt einsehbar. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber!. Parkplätze waren immer schnell zu finden! Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als wir nach einem Techniker fragten, kam dieser innerhalb von wenigen Minuten! Top! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wären zusätzliche Schattenmöglichkeiten auf den Dach-Terassen :)

C'est magnifique, propre, très grand, le personnel ets très gentils et souriants. Des climatisations partout. Le logement est bien isolé l'hôtel est super calme.

Rien. Peut-être pour améliorer le confort, il manque un saladier, des ramequins, et un étendoir à linge mais on a réussi à faire autrement, 😁

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Hotelanlage mit den wunderschönen Pools war toll.

The hotel is perfectly located in La Veleta, a very lively neighborhood with great restaurants, cafés and trendy shops. The property itself is beautiful, with several pools including a very cozy rooftop with small pools, lights, seating areas and even BBQs. The decoration is very Tulum-style. The room feels like a small apartment and the bed is extremely comfortable. There is also a secure parking area and a 7/11 two minute away!

There was no cleaning service during my one-week stay.

Excelente quarto, cozinha completa, cama boa, excelente chuveiro, café da manhã muito bom, o funcionário que serve o café da manhã muito educado e alegre, a localização é ótima, tem algumas conveniências locais e restaurantes ótimos nas redondezas.

Faltou uma máquina de refrigerante ou água nas dependências do hotel, para não precisar sair do hotel para comprar…

This was an absolutely perfect base for our stay in Tulum. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and to an exceptional standard. The swimming pools and seating areas on the rooftop were a real added bonus and the snack bar for breakfast was a lovely treat. A very special place to stay!
