"One of a kind"

What a unique, charming spot near Big Bend park. Zero light pollution here and the sky at night was breathtaking. The entire property is basically a big art project and we enjoyed it immensely. Ingrid was great and went out of her way to help us when our rental car wouldn't start in the morning. This place is special and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were ever in the area. You won't forget it.

Nothing comes to mind. If you are looking for an upscale place to stay with a restaurant, bar and plush bed, this isn't it. (Go to the Gage instead) But if you want something special you'll remember for years, you're at the right spot.

We loved the place. Very unique design both for the house we stayed in and the surrounding houses. It's located with great views of the plains. Super helpful owner.

The bed was fine but maybe not the most comfortable, at least for my body type.

A unique experience. A very artsy setting and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept anywhere but my own at home. Ingrid met us in person to show us the space. She was delightful to talk to. If we travel back to Marathon, this will be where we will stay.

About the space, there wasn't anything we didn't like. About the town, not many choices for dinner. Train noise at night.
