Beautiful place

We booked in January so was super cold and snowing! My kid loved it but was abit to cold for us would absolutely book in the summer time and will be recommending to friends

For me the value for the experience I got , was a bargain. Don’t be expecting everything to be perfect for the little price that you pay . Whenever help or something was needed the response was super quick from the property. I went with 4 kids aged 10,9, 6 and 5. We will definitely revisit in the summer 👍

How peaceful it was. Facilities were all very close to our dome. It was clean and presented great. Very friendly. Perfect place to sit around the fire making memories.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my friends. We wrote to them a day before, confirming that we were coming from London. After a four-hour drive, just 20 minutes before check-in, they suddenly messaged that the hot tub was “not working.” They cancelled our booking without telling us. I was tired and rebooked again, ready to stay even without the hot tub — we just wanted to rest after the long trip. But they didn’t let us in. They gave our place to someone else and lied to us that the hot tub was broken. I recorded everything on video — the hot tub was working perfectly fine. They simply lied. They then offered another place — dirty, freezing cold, with a broken door. I asked three times for a heater, but they ignored me and kept making excuses. Later they offered another small, uncomfortable room, which was just as bad. We lost our time, our plans, and even our food went bad. They ruined our evening and our entire weekend. We traveled all this way just to be treated like we don’t matter. These people are not honest — they are heartless. They ruined our holiday just to please someone else. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never come back and would strongly warn others to stay away.

We liked the fact that it was our own little private space and away from other people, we also liked that they provide things for the fire pit and marshmallows, made us feel very welcome

Only downfall of our stay was the toilets been in a separate location to where we were staying but it was manageable

Nothing! Do not go it is dangerous, unhygienic and a fire hazard. We did not stay as we felt it was unsafe .
