Could have done with a better heater in the dome but in bed was still lovely & warm.

GBGBGBWe liked that we could spend time away from work and take our dogs.
We did not like someone mowing the lawns daily as we could not relax. We subsequently complained and were made feel that we should just put up with it. There was no offer of any discount or compensation. We have been suffering from insomnia for weeks and sleep in the day. But unfortunately the continuous lawn mower across two days made us feel even more exhausted and ruined our stay. This was across two consecutive days Monday and Tuesday.

From the moment I booked, there was always something unanswered or i needed to chase/ enquire about. I found that once something was confirmed that was changed the following day just messing me around. When we did get on site, the over all feeling was lots of different ideas that had been started but all were left unfinished. Cleanliness of the dome was poor and we requested a hoover to clean the dome ourselves. The over all layout wasnt the best either. One down side to the location is its on a very busy main road and day and all through the jights there's heavy traffic but is really noisy. There's much to be improved at this accommodation with the ability to be a really nice stay but it needs much work and running.
