"It was like staying at your grandma's for free but it wasn't free and it wasn't cheap."

Nice location.

It was OK but way over priced. It was small and cold. I didn't expect to have to use hot water bottles they provided to stay warm. And there was this all night hum of the neighbors heating system that made it difficult to sleep. Plus lots of rules; take out the trash, don't make any noise, be out BY 10:00 (not at 10:00).

Space was good

Heating for the rooms especially bedrooms was not enough. No separate heating for the large bedroom. Heater for small bedroom not working effectively

En una hermosa ubicación, cómodo, limpio, acogedor y bonito. A pocas cuadras hay un minimarket donde abastecer lo básico. Buena conectividad de transporte público. El host tuvo la amabilidad de resguardar nuestro equipaje un par de horas post check out, lo cual aprecia os mucho.

Nada significativo que destacar negativamente, tal vez que el piso es muy "sonoro"...

The pr the property was clean, comma very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is ideal, a block from the beach and some very good restaurants and coffee, shops, yet close to the CBD of Dunedin, surf, hikes and interesting sites.The communication prior to our stay was seamless and check in and out was easy. Would highly recommend.! Thank you.
