スタッフの皆さま方がとても親切に対応してくれました。女将さんがお客さん一人一人を把握していてビックリしました。

晩御飯のメニューは良かったのですが、なかでのカモ肉料理は美味しくなかったかな 好みの問題かもしれません… 鍋の出汁はとても美味でした

"草津に行く時はまたリピートしたいほど満足しました。"

とても清潔で畳も綺麗で気持ちよかった。スタッフさんが親切で皆感じが良かった。 浴場のドライヤーがRefaなのと、室内に雪肌精のクレンジングから乳液までのスキンケアセットが2つあったのが嬉しかったです。 あと、朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。

とくにありませんが、寝室にもテレビがあると良いなぁと思いました。

お部屋も広くて、とても綺麗でした。 お風呂む最高😀 コーヒーのサービスも私達が飲むとき、途中で品切れになったら、すぐに補充してくれました。

全くないです。 リニューアル改装中の部分が早く終わるといいですね。 要望としては、浴室タオルが干せるタオルハンガーが部屋に置いてあるとよいなと思いました。

ホテル内がとても清潔だった。 食事が美味しかった。

お部屋にお茶セットがティーパックで飲む気にならなかった。 お茶菓子も無かった。
