"Mooi verblijf en vriendelijk personeel."

Prachtig hotel met een serene rust. Mooie onsen met ook privé onsen waar je samen in kunt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was prachtig en de bedden uitstekend.

Wat tegenviel was het avondeten. We zaten in een grote zaal waar het menu erg snel achter elkaar geserveerd werd. Ook de kwaliteit en smaakbeleving vind ik matig voor hotel van dit kaliber. Ontbijt was verzorgd maar wel erg Aziatisch wat natuurlijk ook geen probleem is maar een broodje of id was wel lekker geweest.

Absolument tout. l’emplacement est super, le personnel au petit soin. C’était vraiment un service impeccable. L’hôtel est magnifique, le Onsen publique de l’hôtel est aussi très beau et très moderne. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à cet hôtel et dans la ville. Nous nous attendions pas à un standing pareil au vu du prix très abordable. Ce séjour à l’hôtel nous laissera un souvenir impérissable. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour ce service de qualité, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je vous le recommande vivement les yeux fermés.
