Everything clean and as described 5 mins to train

Area was a bit run down

The family was very nice and sweet, very accommodating, we were visitors and they guided and helped us. Overall the house was in great condition and everything was provided which led to a very comfortable stay.

Honestly nothing.

La casa era molto spaziosa, accogliente, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort e a pochissima distanza dalla metro.

Lokalizacja była poprawna - blisko do metra, ale dzielnica dość kolorowa. Mimo to czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było czysto i miło.

Ciężko z parkowaniem w okolicy

J'ai aimé l'emplacement non touristique même si su coup un peu de temps en transport. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte Logement adapté pour une famille

Very close to the J train. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Laundromat was close by also.

Staircase made it a little tricky with heavy suitcases.

L'appartement est à 2 minutes de la ligne J du métro qui nous conduit en 40 minutes au cœur de New York. Il est bien équipé, confortable et tranquille. Les échanges avec notre hôte ont été faciles, il a bien voulu que nous entrions en avance sur l'horaire normal de rentrée.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Sauber und gepflegt. Mit dem J train in unmittelbarer Nähe ist man für Großstadtverhältnisse auch relativ schnell in Manhattan.

Die Gegend wird im Internet als No Go area bezeichnet. Also so schlimm ist es nun wirklich nicht. Zumindest im Hellen hatte ich keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Allerdings merkt man schon deutlich, dass in der Nachbarschaft überdurchschnittlich viele Menschen mit sehr geringem Einkommen oder von der Sozialhilfe leben. Und auch nicht jeder nimmt zu jeder Zeit mit gutbürgerlichem Handeln Rücksicht auf die Nachtruhe. Wer damit leben kann, dem kann ich die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen.
