3 bedrooms in 2nd floor Modern Brooklyn home, Close to J train

This apartment is very close to public transportation. Lots of food options, supermarkets and even laundromats. Perfect location in my opinion. Clean cozy property and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Everythig the space

Parking was hard

Enough space for 2 adults and two kids (17 and 14), as the flat consists of 4 rooms: spacious living room with well equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, sofa/TV combination, and three bedrooms (one double bed each), plus bathroom (bathtub, WC combination). Each room air-conditioned and very clean. Tastefully decorated, modern, enough cutlery and plates, lots of useful things provided (initial coffee, jam, peanut butter, soap....). Very friendly and always helpful landlord, always ready to answer whatever request. Friendly and safe neighborhood, lively but quiet at night, and lots of supermarkets, grocery stores, laundromats around the corner, just as the J train, which connects to Manhattan and to the JFK.

You have to know that each train ride to Manhattan takes an hour at least, depending on where you are going. We enjoyed this, nevertheless, in particular as it appeared safe even when riding it around midnight.

Excellent value, good communication, accurately described, would happily stay there again.

The balcony is always the best

The property was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for our needs. It was clean it was roomy and we thoroughly enjoyed the street and the people that were in it. It was two minutes from the J train to Manhattan, which was perfect for us. An easy ride into Manhattan and even easier to Brooklyn. I shout out to well, who was lovely. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting New York.

Super clean and comfortable. Bed was great!

The location was a little difficult for traveling to the locations we needed. J train trips were easy, but none of the places we were scheduled to go to were off the J train.
