The host was not communicating

It was easily accessible, very clean and modern. It is a beautiful place. I will recommend anyone to stay here. Like being in a fully furnished apartment with everything you need.

Has a restaurant nearby and shops with delivery facilities can access it.

Had cockroaches so they need to call a professional to fumigate. Requesting a code each time to receive groceries was a bit of a drag. We were a party of four but the app forced us to book two apartments (the other one we didn’t use because all 4 fit in the 1). Access to water area was extra but our host arranged for free access due to booking mishap.

The fact that the security guy ,the one was assisting us yesterday at the gate he was very rude,.

Everything about the property nothing to complain about, some things s guests we have to understand s guests that it can't be perfect for instance you can't complain of just a mere blocked basin which is something that it didn't ruin your stay at the apartment but anyway they should fix it cause I saw a lot of reviews about it, also when they clean they should also clean under the beds and behind the headboard. Can you also include the lagoon entrance fee on the booking price to make it simple for us guests to enter the lagoon cause one thing for sure we can't book the place and don't want to go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, though on our way home, we were accused of a lost towel, and they kept on calling though we were telling them to properly look for it. I suggest you should get a bigger router, not that pocket router plugged behind the TV, and when you switch off the TV, it also goes off, and its signal was very weak. The beds are very comfortable and yes it is a 2 bedroom with ensuit so I'll give the place 9.5 rating for all that.
