Having to pay to go to the pools daily. The fact that the fee charged by the host was more than the charge at the pools. There was never a host available which made a lot of things difficult. Overhaul experience very frustrating and disappointing. Restaurant had poor service and never had what you wanted to order.

Our stay was very uncomfortable. At around 23:20 while we were already asleep, a manager/host knocked repeatedly saying she was looking for “something.” She then entered the bedroom where my husband and I were sleeping and went straight to a locked wardrobe, spending time trying to open it to look for a bag to take to the airport, which we knew nothing about. After she left (just before midnight), we checked the app and saw a message sent around 23:15 stating that she would be coming to collect a bag. This was never properly explained to us beforehand, and our children were terrified. Being woken up late at night and having someone enter our private space for a non-emergency was extremely intrusive and made us feel unsafe. Guest privacy should be respected.
