This is actually more of an air bnb style accommodation so you need to collect a key from a mailbox, the host is very attentive and sent through very clear instructions on how to access. Had an issue with the air conditioning but was rectified very quickly with no waiting issues at all. Would recommend to stay here again

Cleanliness not the best as there were ants found almost every corner of the apartment. While trying to maintain but gave up at the end. The rest were okay.

It is not an hotel: Air BNB. No services, no luggages storage included.not flexible with the timing/

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The room was extremely dusty when we checked in as I was sneezing non stop until we opened the windows and turned on the fan. The windows were not able to stay opened hence we use our stuff to keep the windows opened. One of the beds was extremely soft making the sleep difficult and unpleasant. The pillows were too soft that we had to fold the pillow into half to sleep. The bathroom ceiling was leaking probably due to a leaking pipes from above. What is good is the staff was responsive and the information on the checking in and out were very made readily.

The view was amazing. Perfect view over Penang. The location is also central to all facilities with some great food markets nearby. The host was responsive for questions and the washer/dryer was terrific

Couldn’t fault it. Only slight is ưu was the gym not opening until 8.00. Seriously, the pool opened at 7 so why not the gym

Security grill before wooden door will be great as someone rattled our door handle one afternoon. I could not see as there was no peep hole in the door. There was a washing machine but no clothes drying rack to hang after wash clothes I was able to go up and down lift without the need to swipe card after my first day. This is a call for concern especially after someone rattled my apartment door.
