The agent in charge can’t accept constructive criticism with defensive mechanisms . I have reminded them about three times toilet rolls are finished, so the agent keeps on saying cleaner will send but failed to fulfill it, so I said no point in saying apology but action needed, he is not offended but his boss with the name Seth felt offended and said I’m rude. He is totally can’t see the point and jump into his conclusion. The worst part is he said four rolls not enough for three nights bookings? OMG ,OMG such a petty issue

13A-7 was our unit. Positive: Centrally located to street food & 10 mins by car to some attractions. Quick, friendly responsive security & booking provider Rain shower, cold aircon, firm bed Microwave, Cold & good size fridge, washing machine, detergents, cookery & cutlery, water filter, kettle & electric stove Clean Things to improve: Dust on top of cook exhaust Loose floorings in one room Bigger dustbins for kitchen Shower curtain so as won’t have water splashing out Shoe rack No private tv channels Better body towers Small but noticeable black dots on bedsheet Better cushion for living room chairs Building improvements 10 floor door doesn’t close well No direction to unit upon exiting 10floor No direction to enter which entrance block to lifts after parking Extra main door licks from the inside

Fast response from host but towels provided were stained probably due to bulk washing of towels. Other than that, property is well maintained by host and everything is working fine 👍

The bed felt like a block of wood which Tropicana subsequently advised was coconut fibre and 'good for our spine'. The fact that the bed was coconut fibre and extremely hard was not disclosed on the ad for the place or in subsequent messages from Tropicana as they claimed that there is no space on the platform to note this. They then refused to cancel and refund the booking or arrange any exchange unless we first made and paid for another booking with them. .

Spacious, sufficient beds for family of 5, good view - can see sunrise, good location, furniture well maintained, apartment is clean. Bed quite hard to sleep on, lift takes very long especially during peak hours, have to spiral up the carpark (giddy), door only has number lock, no internal door latch for added security.

Generally clean and well equipped, but can provide more supplies like tissue paper etc. also can mention initially we faced some issues with the appliances, which kept turning off, but it was resolved when we called for assistance and switch the cards

The location is a major plus for this location. Facility is decent. Views at higher floors are nice. Property management staffs are friendly and responsive. They tried their best to make sure my stay is great. Tried to check for me higher floors, but wasn't possible to do so as I requested for 3 person. There is an initial deposit that I had to do it via remittances from my bank. However, they also refunded back promptly within the same day, after I have checked out . Toilets are clean. Beds are decent. The drawbacks are probably that it was more like an Airbnb - explaining the property management. Also, within the room, the amenities are very basic (you have a small fridge, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, shampoo, and dishwashing liquid). So one cannot expect daily housekeeping. Also, as it is a common property shared by other residents, it can be quite noisy at night (as guests of other rooms can change frequently ). The initial steps to get to your property can be a little confusing. It would also be great to have better pillows (or more pillows) Overall decent stay.

Very handy location. However, internet did not work so had to piggy back on next door as password was the same. Air con in main living room area was broken so had to make do with a ceiling fan. Would also like to have seen better kitchen supplies. Not a massive issue as only there for 3 nights but kitchen not really suited for longer stays. Had to go and buy glasses! But, great location for walking to heritage centre, and checkin was pretty smooth.
