Ultra Central - Balcony - Sunny

La situación del apartamento esta muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado con: Tranvía, metro donde pasan muchas líneas principales (M1 para ir al balneario, opera...) , autobús 100E para ir por 5,5€ al aeropuerto. El apto. es grande. Las camas muy cómodas. Indicaciones de recogida de llaves perfecto. La Puerta del apto esta acorazada con 3 llaves. Aire acondicionado. Cocina Correcta. Electrodomésticos Bosch. Aseo pequeño en la habitación interior / POR MAS QUE LE DIGAS AL DUEÑO DEL APTO. , SOBRE TODO LO DE LOS RUIDOS QUE SE OYEN DE LA CALLE SOBRE TODO POR LA NOCHE, TE IRAS DEL APTO. SIN QUE SE HAGA NINGUN ARREGLO, Y AUNQUE TE DIGA QUE INFORMA A QUIEN SEAPARA QUE LO TENGAN EN CUENTA, PERO QUE SEPAS QUE NO HARAN NADA, ANTES TE HAS IDO DEL APTO, / ESOS DETALLES HAY QUE CUIDARLOS Y ASI SE DARA UNA MAYOR VALORACION.

EL EDIFICIO: ES UN GRAN BLOQUE DE LA ÉPOCA COMUNISTA, pero el APTO esta reformado para 2/4 personas, aunque se ve que tiene mucho uso /Cuando entras al apto. tienes la misma impresión que en las fotos, pero hay bastantes cosas que hay que mejorar. Como el pago del apto. no es reembolsable pues estas vendido con lo que te encuentres y es lo que voy a valorar. SITUACION: 10 - RECOGIDA DE LLAVES: 9 / HALL APTO: BIEN / COCINA: BIEN (Hay jabón y estropajo para lavar) / ELECTRODOMESTICOS: Microondas y Horno BOSH, Frigorifico Combi (En una balda un remate de cristal esta roto), y hay también lavavajillas sin pastillas / ARMARIO ROPERO: BIEN (Tiene tabla para planchar y pancha) / En el armario hay una CAJA DE SEGURIDAD que NO SE PUEDE UTILIZAR porque le faltan pilas: MAL / En la mesa de comedor, hay 4 sillas que tienen alguna que otra mancha: REGULAR / En el 1º DORMITORIO que da al balcón tiene unas CAMA GRANDE: BASTANTE COMODA , 1 MESA DE CRISTAL y 2 SILLONES (CON ALGUNAS MANCHAS) y con respecto a la limpieza: REGULAR, sobre todo por debajo de la cama / BALCON CON VISTAS / LA TELEVISION, NO FUNCIONA, o por falta de pilas del mando o porque no esta sintonizada / EL BAÑO PRINCIPAL: BIEN, aunque NO TIENE GEL DE DUCHA, aunque el inodoro es eléctrico, pero funciona, El la parte de abajo de la puerta de cristal de la ducha esta desconchado (PARA ARREGLAR), y comentar que tiene unas ventanas originales muy antiguas // EL SUELO: Algunas lamas se han movido y están descuadradas. // La habitación interior esta BIEN, con un aseo pequeño pero muy practico, mantiene las ventanas originales del edificio y son bastante antiguas, pero se tapan por unas cortinas.

Świetna lokalizacja, bus z lotniska pod samym oknem, cały Peszt na wyciągnięcie ręki. Super kontakt z właścicielem, czysto, wygodne łóżko, jest roleta zewnętrzna, która zaciemnia i nie słychać hałasu ulicy. Wszystko świetnie. Idealne miejsce na citybreak!

Lokalizacja jest świetna. Wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie bardzo fajne. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo pomocni. W obiekcie było wszystko co potrzebne w trakcie podróży. Suszarka do włosów, deska do prasowania, żelazko,suszarka do ubrań. Kuchnia wyposażona. No i klimatyzacja w te upały niezbędna.

The location is convenient, but there are many options in the same location, probably with much better conditions.

- The balcony door blind was not working, which prevented the use of the door and its complete closure to prevent the entry of light. - There was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, and the toilet was not fixed to the floor. Furthermore, there was only a simple supply of toilet paper and hand soap. No shower cream..nothing else. - I couldn't watch a single minute of TV, because no channel was tuned in and even though I tried to tune in, there was a request for validation of a cable TV operator card. - The dishwasher had garbage inside and it was very unpleasant when we used it to leave all the kitchen utensils clean. - The mattress on the bed was stained. When asked about these and other problems, the host (Attila) replied that the TV was just for Netflix and Phone Broadcast (!!!). When asked about possible compensation by partial refunding, he expressed his availability and asked for information for a bank transfer which was provided. But he hesitated for more than a month and ended up not fulfilling his promise, confirming what he had already demonstrated by advertising an apartment with conditions that it did not have and omitting the real conditions found.

There is NOTHING good to say about our stay. Our experience at this property was extremely negative, marked by unsafe conditions, unresponsive hosting, and a serious security breach resulting in theft. I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. From the outset, essential amenities were not functioning: 1. The safe was broken, rendering it useless for securing valuables. 2. The TV did not work throughout our stay. 3. Most importantly, the electric toilet was non-operational - a basic necessity. We reported the toilet issue to the host immediately. Their response was vague and unhelpful, offering no timeline and stating only that they would “look into it.” Eventually, they informed us a maintenance person could attend in 2 days - a completely inadequate response for a three night stay. Three days after our request, the host confirmed a maintenance visit. We were instructed to leave the key in the external lockbox for access, which we did, two days in a row. When we returned, the key was missing. This was immediately concerning. We contacted the host, who refused to speak by phone and instead replied slowly via text message with repeated, dismissive responses such as “we’ll look into it.” The host refused to speak with us on the phone. As a result, we were locked out of the apartment for over four hours, during which time we were unable to access urgent medication. The host showed no urgency or concern. The host would not answer phone calls - just responded by text which were very delayed and intermittent responses. You can imagine our distress during this time. Once we were eventually let back in with a spare key, we discovered that we had been robbed. Jewellery and personal possessions with a collective value of approximately £1,000 were missing. All doors had been relocked, suggesting that someone had used the lockbox to gain access. It became clear the lockbox code had not been changed between guests, creating an obvious and preventable security risk.

This is negligence at its highest. Instead of acknowledging fault, the host attempted to blame us for “losing the key.” They remained dismissive, unhelpful, and rude throughout. No accountability was taken for the loss, and no compensation or meaningful support was offered. Due to the robbery and the clear lack of safety, we were forced to barricade ourselves in the room for the final night of our stay. This was deeply distressing and unacceptable. On top of this, many reviews state the toilet did not work during their stay. If the safe had worked, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ROBBED. It was extremely suspicious. This property is not secure, not properly managed, and the host is not fit to handle guest safety or emergencies. I strongly discourage anyone from booking here. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.

The location is perfect, walking distance to almost everywhere and the metro station is super near. The host was always available and the late check in is possible.

The location was excellent, close to all the transport links and easy walking distance to the centre and Danube.

Although the instructions provided for check in were clear there was no name on the building or property (but a photo was provided.) It didn’t however tell you that the outside door was double locked and the inner door has 3 locks!! It was very noisy all three nights we were there with traffic noise and sirens going off constantly through the night, almost like they were in the room! The left shutter did not work for our entire stay and my messages about it were ignored twice despite the host asking for a video of it which I sent. On the last night the neighbours were also noisy, the host replied to my comment about them but had no responsibility for the apartment next door. It is worth noting that we found out it is rented out too as they were leaving at the same time as us….they also constantly left the outside door unlocked. The toilet in the main bathroom was terrible at flushing and always needed flushing more than once! The flush position is awkward too. The shower head wasn’t all that good either. The photos make it look better than it is, there are a lot of tired looking areas in the property.
