Ultra Central - Balcony - Sunny

We really liked the location of the apartment. It was really close to the public transportation and to the city center. Also, it was really close to supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops. The apartment was big and very safe because of the many locks. The owner was very polite and helpful. It is a value for money choice.

It was not very clean. For example there was a french frie on the floor and there was dust on the furniture. Also, the second wc had a very bad smell and sometimes the bedroom smelled bad too. It didn't have very good soundproofing. Lastly, the window shatter at one of the rooms was broken and therefore you could not open it and go to the balcony.

Location

Safebox did not work as it works with batteries and the owner did not want to provide with them. The balcony shutter did not work and the owner did not want to fix it. The balcony is not like it is not there. The apartment has a TV… fantastic 40 Inches TV but it does not work and, again, the owner did not want to fix it… there is a TV but just as an ornament. Finally, I asked to check out some 45 minutes later just to leave our luggage safe during our breakfast out… the owner did not accept it… Something good… location.

Location is great! Right by the metro and buses to the airport. Close to everything. Beds are very comfortable. Even thought the checkin was 16:00 we could come earlier and leave our things (and when we came at 1:30 they said it was ready). Easy checkout as there is a locker to leave the keys. Clean shower, towels provided. They have an information folder with some recommendations. Apartment is big enough and has some sitting areas and beds (not one bed and a couch).

- toilet - it was mentioned in few reviews and it’s still the same issue - we were super confused about the flushing system and asked about it. It’s very strange, it doesn’t flush properly and we ended up not using the main bathroom which is very inconvenient. We messaged for someone to come and fix it but they didn’t (they told us to use the tap to flush which we felt was not the best solution and we just didn’t use it after all) - there are no shampoo/shower gel which we feel like for almost $200 for 2 nights that’s very easy to provide. I know it’s touristy season and they will rent it out but still little things like that + air freshener, maybe some tea or something very basic would be much appreciated. - the windows are overlooking bright downtown area and even though there are blinds they did not work properly and we reported it right away. They did ask if we want someone to come fix it the next day but we were only staying two nights and decided it’s fine so told them it’s not necessary. If you are a light sleeper it might affect you though - it’s very noisy. Maybe it’s the old building but it was really noisy and we could hear the road in the main bedroom and our friend who slept in the little bedroom woke up few times because that bedroom is located right by the hallways and noisy isolation is almost non existent, didn’t sleep well. Also the windows are closed but it’s pretty cold, not terrible but you can feel the air coming from the street. - there was no cover for beds even though the pictures show it it’s just white blanket which is not convenient if you come during the day to rest. Minor thing but would be very nice to have. (We looked in the closet maybe we missed it somehow but we didn’t see it) So even though the location is great, apartment is clean, we would not stay there again. I feel like for the price people are paying you should fix the bathroom at least and provide the toiletries for your guests.

location is good with christmas view ! good communication with hosts . we arrived at 01 am so it was too late and we would like to drink some tea , but we cannot find the tea or sugar, so just keep in mind in case. my rate of this apartments 10/10

Location. The owner replying fast response. Was easy transporting bus 100E from airport to end staton Deak France ter just few meters to the building as well trolley bus 72 to the zoo as well to the spa. Easy to walk across to find Ritz hotel and way to vace utca as well to Danube
