La ubicación y la amabilidad con la que te reciben y atienden

Lo que no me gusto que justo cuando entremos a la habitación estaba todavia un poco mojado el piso y que mi habitación era para 4 personas y solo habia 3 toallas de baño y que tambien no me pudieron proporcionar una plancha

La atención de la recamarera y la recepcionista de la madrugada

Personal de mantenimiento entró a mi habitación sin tocar y lo peor abrió la puerta del baño cuando yo me encontraba bañándome argumentando que la fuga de agua que había era de mi habitación

La alberca y la vista. Como si estuvieras en tu casa. Hay restaurante abajo para cenar. Y puedes tomar cerveza sábado y domingo ya que afuera termina la venta temprano.

Más bien no sabía que podía avisar en recepción qué fueran hacer limpieza mientras no estaba.
