Great place. Great communication for check in and check out, also during the stay. Great pool and artistic house design.

The larger areas got a little hot as it is a huge villa, but ok. We just used the air-conditioning when needed

Everything was according to details , the swimming pool was refreshing , and the host was very helpful 🥰

Lost power a couple times, but was back within a couple hours so really wasn’t an issue. The front door is a bit annoying, you unlock it but sometimes it won’t open so you have to keep trying

The villa is beautiful and all the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They helped me find my next accomodation in Canggu as I decided to stay longer and they had no availability. Everything was perfect

Easy check-in and out process. Location of the villa is in quiet neighborhoods, close to access almost every places in Canggu. Nice, good designed villa. I liked all furnitures and items decorated in the villa. Swimming pool and garden area were very clean. We could sunbathing almost all day! Nice, big living and dining area with a high ceiling. I played monopoly quite a lot of times with my friends. Thanks to the host for preparing board game for guests.

It was good to share check-in & out information by 3rd party messenger app. First few informations were helpful. But the host sent me too much messages all together. I think it would be better to organize them well and send it in one long message at once. Instead of sending over 10 long and small messages and videos and texts. It is very difficult to read them all while traveling. I was in Nusa Lembongan before arrival in Canggu and there wasn’t very good to connect wifi or internet. I missed where were keys for rooms so I asked the host wasn’t very happy that I asked what she already explained. But, again, it just looks so mess when you receive a lot of text messages at the same time. Please organize information well before sending them to the guest. Wifi on their message and on the wall inside villa are slightly different. It wrote all capital letters on the wall but it’s not. Please print a new paper with correct wifi password to prevent confusion. The villa, itself, pretty nice so I would like to give them 10 out of 10.

The villa was absolutely amazing it was huge for the two of us. It had everything we could possibly need and Becky and her team were always willing to answer any questions we had which was wonderful!

The villa is new. Modern design. Very clean. Pool and outside area is great. Nice place for a family or group of friends.
