Was a beautiful villa with a great central location to Canggu. Becky the host replied to all messages / questions very quickly.

Villa Pendent was an incredible experience. We had great service, the owner was super responsive to all our questions and easily contactable. The place itself was well maintained (honestly could have been cleaned slightly better but overall very liveable). All facilities were available and easily accessible. The location of the villa to all the main locations we travelled to was super close (took about 2-5mins on scooters). Overall, I would definitely book this villa again!

The villa was pretty, a lot of nice places to take photos.

Floors were very dirty and always left your feet feeling dry and dusty. And because the windows go around the villa it gets very hot but there was not enough air conditioning to balance it out. One of the bathrooms had a blocked drain so the water would overflow outside. The construction on the side was fine, but the only issue is that they work high up so they were able to look into the villa and see what we were doing, vice versa. The location was quite far from the main road and shops. At the end of our stay we accidentally lost a spare set of keys and padlock. We assured the host that we will make her a new set of keys straight away and find another padlock for her. This didn’t seem to register to Becky and she lost her mind. Even after we apologised and told her we are actively getting the problem fixed, Becky became mean, nasty and demanding. She was rude and dismissed what we had to say. Once we made another copy of the keys and reimbursed the padlock, Becky’s demeanour changed, she was nice again and asked us to still give her a 10/10 review. It seemed as though she realised her review was at risk, and was nice for her own advantage.
