Parking. Dog friendly, easy access to the beach,spacious rooms, clean , cosy, contact with the owner good had a lovely stay with my family, will definitely recommend .Had a really nice break, lovely walks with the dog beautiful beach .hope to book up for the summer next year.

Location. The house was very comfortable ...bedrooms large and comfortable, very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Great outdoor shower to clean off all the sand and dogs if required. Plenty of big clean towels.

Shower tray sealant was full of mould, it could be easily replaced. The toilet cistern was damaged and peeling. Very worn and tired, needs replacing. None of the above was shown in any of the advertising photos. If they were im sure people would think twice about booking this accommodation. The garden lawn need to be cut before arrival. Garden furniture is very worn and tired again and really needs to be replaced or painted. Patio slabs , some were loose at the back door step.

Location to the beach, car parking, sun room full of toys (perfect for our 4 year old), back yard space with play equipment.

We weren’t aware beforehand the property didn’t have a bath, which was a problem as our 4 yo with SEN struggles with the shower. Shame as this is such a family oriented house, but it really needs a bath! The WiFi is also very patchy throughout the house, particularly in the dining room & play room - a booster is required.

Grate location if you love walking along the beach. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep, and very spacious, it was a great fit for our group of 6 and one dog. Enough parking for 2 cars.

Only one bathroom and no BBQ.
