The location was very prime

There is nothing I don't like rather then there was no door in between two room so I have to listen to snoring from my bed to the other room😞

Compliments to the Housekeeper, as our apartment was cleaned to a high standard. Lovely complimentary clean white towels with mini shampoo, body wash, tooth floss and hair ties. These were provided for each guest. Tea, coffee, milk and plenty of toilet rolls provided. All really well thought out for them little extras.

Maybe show an extra photo of the connecting bedrooms with just an open arch instead of a door that can be closed for extra privacy. We couldn't fault anything else.

Didn’t even make it to the apartment because the day before said they couldn’t accommodate us having had paid aswell £85.50 so then I had to fork out more money for another hotel and awaiting an refund!!! Oh and I had to message and get in touch because otherwise I wouldn’t of even of known till on the day about not having room for us but according to booking.com there was an apartment available it really did upset they sent message once I booked telling me where to get keys etc and then next day saying we couldn’t stay please DO NOT book here and I advise to book and pay at property 100%

It was really close to the sea front so was easy to get around, the appartment was clean and tidy and was well equipped for our needs, when we had a question when had a reply within 10 mins so was really positive. The parking was extremely helpful 😁

Due to the building as it was it was a bit echoey and could hear other rooms movements, but nothing too upsetting .

The location was great, it was good value for money, it wasn't cramped. And a short walk to all attraction

Attitude from Charlie specifically, when things were raised and brought to his attention e.g blood on the pillow, he said they were new changed them himself and then followed up by "I don't care"

Didn't realise there were so many stairs was difficult with a pushchair

The apartment was clean and tidy, the mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable, not the cheap stuff you usually get. There were things like tea, coffee, washing up liquid, tea towels, sponge etc there waiting for us. The owner was on hand and communication with him was great. If we go again I'll definitely look at booking here again.

The only downside for me was that we were on the top floor, with a 1 year old and 8 year old in tow it made getting all our luggage upstairs and back downstairs hard work.
