Mould On the ceilings due to damp in the apartments. Quilts worn torn and damaged. Did try to resolve the matter but got nowhere. Not what I expected from my stay what so ever especially from how the pictures presented the apartment to look. Very deceiving

Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, toiletries etc really nice. Lots of wardrobe and storage space, spacious rooms. TV apps really good. Great location 2 mins from promenade & beach. Good parking space which is always a bonus in Blackpool.

Freezer compartment in fridge was completely iced up and door kept falling off. Not enough cutlery (1 dessert spoon) for 3 people, broken whisk all small things but quite annoying when trying to cook a meal.. There are a lot of dark patches on ceilings looks like damp but not sure. There was a very unpleasant smell in the stairwell all the time. These things just spoiled the overall accommodation.

The smell upon entering the building was unbearable and the rooms smelt foisty which clung to your clothing

Very good location and the check in and parking instructions were easy to follow Despite a few niggles we had more or less everything we needed

The bedroom is the first thing upon opening the door and there are no doors between the bedrooms but for the size of the accommodation there is plenty packed in and we still enjoyed our stay. I was with my niece and her two children but if I had been with a couple it could have been quite tricky

I like the comfort of the apartment to top it all there’s a view of the tip of Blackpool tower from the living room kitchen, everything was available in the kitchen & everything worked the bed was very comfortable

I found the lock key box fiddly & the post removal padlock for parking was a problem, but no major issues

Self catering!

Didn’t stay at apartment None or keys left housekeeper had to come down cleaner did not turn up was asked to wait longer it would have been another 2 hours wait. We had to wait in bad weather no where to go asked for a refund was told I would only get one day refund back highly unacceptable had to pay for another hotel had to pay for 2 rooms instead on one room
