Great Location! The parking was included saving us to book a separate parking space. There are no 10 star properties in Blackpool in that price range and reading through the comments on other properties paint a dire picture. In that light this property should have a higher rating. You must consider that the building is old and being close to the beach does not help. There was no visible mould and carpets were clean. The rooms and kitchen are comfortable! What else do you need?

Kitchen cleannesses - the cleaner needs to pay more attention to the kitchen, previous guest stored away pans and utensils dirty. Staff should include a quick check of the cupboards in their routines.

Great location. Well equipped for what we needed. We didn't cook in the apartment, but could if we wanted to. Much to do in and around Blackpool, so took advantage of buses and trams. Would stay here again.

Too many stairs!!! But I can live with that. I'd still come again.
