The interior/front was clean throughout. The location was perfect with kids to get to everything and there was little/no noise through the nighy. Ideal for families.

The window in the twin room lets in a rather large breeze. While the rest is cooler (age/style of building) the sound/cold from the window us the only thing that could be done to improve the stay

not much really plenty of issues and it’s clear it’s not kept maintained that well.

beds uncomfortable and one had ink on the mattress sheet so i had to purchase a blanket for my daughter so she could cover herself and sleep on top of the quilt. mould in the property is black mould and just a lot of water damage. we got dressed up to go out for the day and lent on the wall and paint came off so it’s not very good. no hot water in the kitchen taps either. tv was not very good obviously it has been damaged before and just left as it is. i have plenty of photos of the property to prove all this. parking was a complete nightmare as it was roll a dice and see who parked anywhere. it has potential to be a superb place yet it clearly shows lacking from the owners. we had a little noise from one other guest but not to bad and it was quite so that i could say is a bonus. in the kids room the window opens fully with not child safety either yet the main room didn’t open at all. if you stay here the rooms are one big room split in to two rooms with an arch and no door for privacy for either adults or kids so waiting in turns to use bathroom to also get changed and kitchen area.
