Extravagant 2 BR/2 BA Apartment

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. We were a group of 2 couples and the bedrooms were spaced at different ends of the living area, which provided for greater privacy. The beds were very comfortable.

I needed better instructions on the location of the apartment. I was told what building it was in, but I was not given information as to which floor or side of the building it was located. I also would have liked to have more information on what I needed to bring. This was my first time renting an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Though there were ample towels, linens and pillows, there was no shampoo or soap for the shower. There was also no ice.

Quiet, spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice view. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I really wished there were a few more necessary items because I was unable to get to the items I had packed. Things like soap samples, shampoo, and a hair dryer would have been great additions. Other than that everything was very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This place was awesome! Looking forward to coming back again. The only thing that would need to be improved would be that the toilet was running while we were there and sometimes we not flush… Also, the air conditioning would changed during the night to make it be warm. For the pool, it was not clean in the front of the back and the workout room was not the best with some broken equipment, but the host was very responsive and answering questions and giving details, including pictures of necessary to guide us. The accommodations inside in terms of the kitchen, the bedrooms, and other places of leisure were great, including the balcony. We would love to come back again and appreciate it.

The apartment is nice enough. Clean. Comfortable. Location is good.

The property itself is not well kept. Garbage overflowed the dumpsters. Trash all in the landscaping. Some sketchy people handing around the outside of the building.

The location was great there was everything you would need within 5 - 15 mins. The apartment was nice; little flaws but nothing to major. Nice kitchen! Large rooms! Beds was a little smaller than what I'm used to but they slept nicely. Bathrooms were nice sizes with very hot water for hot showers.

Third floor was a little inconvenient for traveling with alot of stuff for the week and having to go up and down stairs; maybe just a little out of shape🙂 just didn't know in advance. Facility need to do more cleaning outside of walk ways because they were dirty with spider webs and other dirt.
