LoveNest Genova - Acquarium 50m

The location is good: very central, near lots of shops, quiet at night. TV provided.

Bit of a scam really. I was enticed by the low price but you don't get much for your money. No towel provided, no shampoo in the bathroom, no spare sheets. There's no heating except for a single electric heater per room so the whole place was freezing when I was there in December, unhelped by the fact they decided to leave all the windows open for the whole day before I got there. In the ad they only feature pictures of the nicest-looking rooms and I ended up instead in a somewhat dingy single bed. The kitchen and bathroom are communal which they don't make at all clear. The kitchen is also somewhat erratically stocked -- tonnes of pans but no bottle opener? I also had to wait outside the flat for about half an hour before anyone came to let me, and this in spite of the fact I'd given my eta to booking.com beforehand.

Finally we accomodated in the historical district of Genus, which was amazing.

The address was changed in the last minutes. And there was no possibility to deposit our luggage before 3 pm.

Sheets were dirty with hair

the love nest is ultra clean and nicely decorated with a good WiFi connection

access to the apartment is challenging and the out of date tv did not work.

The bed was comfortable, and the people living inside were very nice and quiet. We were very pleased with the room.

It was very very hard to find the entrance to the apartment. We had to contact the person to send me a picture, because all we got was an unclear message on how to get there. More about keys than the door itself

The location was near train station But dangerous to go out in the night. LoveNest is not a Hotel, it is an apartment. They didn’t keep our luggage, because of that we were under a lot of stress. We had to pull out luggage around the city to find a place to leave it. All hotels with good ratings keep luggage but this one was kind of disappointing:((((((((((((
