We booked this hotel 3 months in advance and didn't receive the room we ordered When we arrived the staff was rude and told us they double booked our room and that we got an "upgrade" that later turned out to be a downgrade so the on site staff simply lied to us, they refused to refund our money, told us to cancel via booking (which would cause us to not get anything back) and we had no other option but to stay as it was peak season

Everybody in this hotel was extra friendly and so welcoming. And all the little cats and dogs were just a big plus

For me without moped and the desire to drive the hotel itself is on a part of the island which is always a price to pay in the collective taxi to get back to the hotel. Was more my mistake in planning

Lovely large room with comfortable bed with sea view, We had the largest room with a "wow" side balcony with bath, not overlooked and built into the cliff bringing the outside in which was fabulous. There are 2 pools, one infinity pool where you could see great sunsets Good comfortable sunbeds.

Only cleaned the room twice in one week. Towels were in short supply and pool towels were clean but marked and all odd towels. We did not realise (probably our fault) that this was a self catering residence with shared kitchen faciities.

My room was a bit small, but still nice

close to beach, restaurants & shops but tucked away from the road, in the trees with beautiful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Outdoor bathtub was a highlight with amazing sunset views
