Beautiful setting. The views are amazing and all the staff really helpful and friendly. Love the happy little black dog too!

The road up to the resort could do with repairing!

The room I had was very spacious and stylishly designed. The site was quiet (apart from one night the dog was spooked and barking very loudly at 3am for an hour). The bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well.

I don’t think this is a great place for a solo traveller new to Koh Phangan. Its not really a hotel, it’s more a set of apartments; It’s up a very steep hill, residents don’t interact so there is a lack of community that you can find in other hotels and hostels and I asked the person who checked me for support getting a taxi or some advice on what was in the area and navigating and she was clueless. They only clean your room once a week. All of the above in context with the inflated price for the island (I paid over 120£ per night) makes it not really a great deal. Oh and I tried to draw myself a bath when I arrived on the beautiful luxurious balcony, and the water was brown. This was disappointing and I didn’t try again.

what's to say... yes there is a nice sea view in some bungalows. but i did not like anything in this place. even it was nearly new,, its badly made, cheap. cold and very dirty, not Thai people running this place,

Horrible house,, feel like in a container, air con never cleaned, so dirty air could not go out properly. stupide finger print door to entry, no working properly, no black out curtain, so get ready to wake up at day light, 05h45 u can touch the celling with your hands,
