"Family weekend away"

Great location, close to the beach with car parking. The kitchen was well equipped and the food hamper/gifts were very much appreciated.

The stairs were very steep but added to the character of the cotrage.

"Great cosy cottage"

Great location, close to everything. Very homely and cosy. Lovely welcome basket and breakfast food. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. supplied. This was our second stay at the cottage, and we loved it just as much as the first time.

As stated in the cottage description, the staircase is narrow and steep.

Very squeaky floorboards! Distance to centre of Deal (only because one of us had mobility issues)

"Highs and lows"

Had a garden ideal for our dog. Dedicated parking. Close to the beach. Quirky interiors.

There was a fault with the water thermostat so we were unable to use the shower. There was a lovely bath but now shower attachment which doesn’t allow for easy cleaning. There were carpet moths in the bedrooms. Dead or dying plants throughout the house. The garden looked uncared for.

Lovely cottage quite spacious, beautifully clean and with every little detail covered. Everything we needed was there, private parking and a short walk to the town and the host was on hand to answer any questions. A truly great find.

Beautiful character cottage. Very warm and cosy. Lots of extra special touches and attention to detail. Lovely welcome basket and essentials when you arrive. Walking distance to everything. Great communication with host. Private parking a real bonus.Would definitely recommend.

Stairs are steep but that was explained in the cottage description.
