Все понравилось. В квартире есть все необходимое, месторасположение отличное, много ресторанов рядом, очень красивый парк и супермаркеты 2 минутах и 7 минутах ходьбы. До моря пешком 7 мин. Через прекрасный парк.

The apt is great. Everything you need for a short stay. I loved the location. Easy key pick up and drop off.

If I was being really picky.. A washing line or clothes hanger would be great.

Nice clean room and lovely view.

Everything was really good and we were very happy but a new mattress would make it even better!

I loved how easy the communication was with the owner and explanation of how to get the keys. There was staff at the main reception who were completely lovely each time we walked in and out of the building. Small apartment but perfect for just me and my daughter. Very close to supermarket and everything you need around. As it’s a bit further up from the beach, the food prices are generally cheaper here. Train station isn’t too far also and is roughly €3 pp from the airport instead of a €35 euro taxi. We knew the area very well but would only take a google map search to figure out how to get places. WiFi was great in the room too! Shower is completely amazing and powerful.

I did get this apartment as it had a kitchen however it didn’t have an actual oven, the only downfall (this was my own fault for not checking specifics and we were able to cook on the electric stove top though and it does have a microwave but we don’t use them). It did have a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and everything else we needed, I was able to wash my holiday clothes so there’s not that extra stress when I came home. Pool was closed but it was April half term but should be back open in the summer :)

Minerva is handy for nearby pubs,restaurants, shopping and taxis.

The key to the apartment was VERY ERRATIC and I had to return to the concierge to seek help after arriving. It is just as well that I arrived in daylight.I also had to seek help on another occasion which meant returning from 4th to ground floor. There is is no baggage service to help elderly on infirm and lifts on first floor are accessed by a steep ramp with shaky handrail. I had arranged delivery of a rollator at reception so it was rather demanding to get self, bag,stick and rollator together! The power shower is very good but there is no safety grab handle on the wall and the towel rail is too fragile to use to steady oneslef. this well appointed studio is really not suitable for the elderly in my opinion and the door locks/keys ought to be replaced. It is unacceptable to spend 10/15 minutes or more wrestling with an apparent jammed lock after returning from an enjoyable meal. Just very very irritating! Wifi,with password etc displayed on the back of the entry door also left something to be desired and i was told to consult owner. There were no instructions for operating the tv (or refrigerator) and I could only access one Spanish channel. The bed is very low slung so I had to lever myself off the mattress. the assistance of concierge including booking my taxi to airport (30 euros) partly compensated for the other shortfalls. At least an escape from 6 weeks of rain in UK.

Excellent location, comfortable & well equipped apartment, excellent views from the balcony.

Noise from maintenance being carried out in hallways.
