The host is very nice and accommodating. We arrived early and they tried to help us check in early by giving us another apartment, owned by a different host. They responded really quickly to all the questions and requests.

The room was, nice and large and there were two double beds You could see the sea I liked the wind whistling around the building but this is not to everyone’s taste

You will get a “contract” in Vietnamese that is different to Booking.com after you have reserved it and but able to exit booking without penalty E.g You can indeed check in at 12.00 as Booking.com states but you will be charged another 100,000 for doing this as per contract only in Vietnamese. Also Booking.com states that there is free parking in the basement. However, the Vietnamese contract states that you have to pay and this takes priority. It would have costs us 220000 more but we argued and refused to pay. Big intimidating stress from staff and many phone calls from the owner demanding payment. The bedding also smells but this was minor in comparison to the other faults. It is a beautiful apartment but very badly managed in my opinion Not a nice experience Avoid if you want a pleasant stay.

Bathtub was a bit dated, toilet in ensuite had a smell, they wouldn’t give a second card which made it inconvenient when one person left and the other stayed to get up the elevator and into room. Only that card can be used to enter and for electricity. We only changed the date of one small room to have one day less but owner changed both rooms dates on Booking.com to save himself fees, impacted my cash back rewards. Wouldn’t fix it after multiple requests.

A fully equipped apartment with kitchen, table and chairs, lounge and washing machine on balcony. Great hot water and spectacular views with a great price.

Had to use translator app as you deal directly with owner but easy with app. Only one entry card and had to carry so difficult if sharing room.
