Spacious and clean. Fantastic view and great location.

Mr Minh was there in a flash - so helpful we felt instantly at home -the elevator is all glass (if your in for great views) otherwise they have internal ones too, the room itself is great, it had a soundproof barrier on the door, a dining table, kitchenette and open space as well as two beds with a little sofa - for value it was well worth it - we spent the following days at a 5 star resort and actually really missed the convenience of our first night at FLC because the views were epic, the balcony is a great size, whether you are there for an overnight or for a long week - its perfectly accommodating. Mr Minh also supported us with rental bikes and assisted us when we were rushing to get to the airport - it felt like having a friend in a town where we knew no one so we can't commend him more. We'd definitely return, and for much longer than a night as its the ideal location to explore the area from, with soft beds, lots of space, security, and tip - the cafe downstairs makes some of the greatest coconut smoothies in my 4 years in VN - so go check them out too.

The best location in the town. Nice, new, clean and spacious apartments that look better than in the photos. The owner speaks perfect English and is very helpful.
