The host is responsive. The building is very well maintained, as is the apartment.

Many things need to be improved. For example, when the accommodation is rented for 4 people, it would be wise to provide 4 large bath towels. The crockery supply was ridiculous with a few small bowls, 2 plates and almost no cutlery. Also the duvets of the two beds which were not covered with duvet covers. I just hope that the duvets are cleaned with each new guest, otherwise it's not hygienic. And fortunately it is quite well soundproofed because on the balcony side, we were above the fans of the air conditioning units and on the other side there is the monumental hall where the echoes of the noise can sometimes be heard. The hall is a real resonance cage. With all its improvements, I'll give it a 9. But in view of these negative points, it will only be a 7 for us. Also, I hate being asked to put the maximum note from the host. I am old enough to put the note which reflects the experience that I lived .... and I think I know myself about it because I worked in the hotel industry.

The best host I've met in Vietnam :) Very kind and helpful man. Building and apartments are new, view from balcony is fantastic. We will come back :)
