Currently, they have two rooms available for rent, but before you move in you do not know which one you can get. It is quite obvious that the room on the left side upstairs is more spacious, while the bedroom in the room on the right hardly allows you to raise your head when lying in bed area. The bedding also has a noticeable musty smell. My suggestion is to add some disinfectant during the washing process, which should effectively solve this problem. PS: After I gave a 5/10 rating and left a comment that only stated the facts, the host contacted me directly on WeChat a few hours later and started insulting. After I simply replied with a ‘?’, he continued with personal attacks. hope anyone considering booking this property will think carefully before making a decision.
NZIt was conveniently located close to the CBD and other places we wanted to visit.
The property was not as clean as expected, and basic amenities were not consistently provided. We had to repeatedly request towels and toilet paper throughout our stay, and the amount initially provided was not sufficient for the length of the booking. There were also issues with privacy, safety concerns related to the room layouts, and overall comfort that differed from the listing.

DEWe arrived way to early, but the host still made sure that we could check-in. He was very kind from the very beginning and offered his help with nearly everything several times. All in all, it was a good stay!
