The Old Moat Barn - With Private Hot Tub

Very clean and well maintained. nicely decorated. We did not use the hot tub as it was torrential rain n and snow.

We were unable to connect the TV and having to use our phone was not good and when we tried to connect to connect to mobile. How do you know all have smart phones. I not sure about having to go through the main bedroom to the toilet. It was alright for us as we are friends.

Clean, homely and not too far from home. Host was so helpful and quick to respond to any messages. Massively appreciated!! Beautiful barn with a complete home from home experience. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be returning in the near future!!

Nice, relatively clean although difficult with high ceilings, nice smells on welcome for opening. Comfy bedding.

Tv signal sometimes poor, only 1 shared toilet for property as

Huge place, good value for money.

Only one toilet, and it was situated on the other bedroom.

Everything was great loads of room perfect night away.

The only thing was the location when putting into google maps and ordering food the location both went to the caravan sight further down the road I have no idea if there is an ability to change this but we had a disagreement with the delivery people over this and I wouldn’t like for someone else to have this confrontation and bring down the high this place is.

A beautiful property with ample space for three adults. WiFi was good for the short time spent in the property. Comfortable beds and sofa, home from home. I loved the bed sheets, very comfortable. Shower was good. Hosts advised that they were available if required and came to the rescue when unable to open the door - strength is required on the handle!

As others have mentioned, the en-suite with sliding door made for organised visits when sharing to enable privacy. The hot tub, although hot only functioned on one side, with jets missing and debris. The farm track and narrow lane was met with a heavy vehicle approaching at speed which was a little hairy, so greater caution is advised when navigating round the initial part of the tarmac road and bend. I’m used to driving in these conditions living in a rural setting but was caught off guard by other drivers.
