104 Andorra apartment close to the beach

The booking agent Giavanna looked after us very well and was very responsive when asked a question.

The location is ideal for the main strip and for venues like Hard Rock cafe, restaurants and bars while being far enough away that it isn't noisy. 5 Minute walk to the beach. The Pool and surrounding areas are well looked after and the staff keep the common areas spotless The apartment has no aircon, but due to its position it does not get too hot, and the owner provided fans.

The only minor downside to this apartment is the lack of any balcony or outdoor space. It's a minor issue though.

We found the apartment to be fairly large but had it’s faults. In the kitchen area, there were only 2 wall sockets. One being used by the microwave and the other above and behind the cooker… very dangerous. We had to use the socket around the corner and on the opposite wall to plug in the kettle. (see photo) In the bedroom that I took, the bed was massive it took 3 pillows to cover most of the bed. Once again 2 sockets, one behind the case stool and the other….. wait for it….. in the middle of the headboard!! There was a bedside lamp that would have had to have the cable going across the bed to plug it in. the bed in the listing photo is wrong. The bed takes up the whole of the headboard. The room faced a roundabout that is very noisy throughout the day and night The toilet, tiles were very smooth and the shower had a plastic base with raised parts for grip. Unfortunately for me, a disabled man, there was no grip. I started to wash and took a seat at the end of the shower but it was slippery and down I went, from a sitting position, onto the bottom of the shower. No grip from the tiles and no grip from the raised parts of the shower base. Caught 3 toes of my left foot in the shower door. Tried to get up using my arm but just slid on the slippery plastic. Had to bring in the floor mat to sit up. Thought I would just get on my knees and get out but the floor tiles were slippery and down I went again on the toilet floor. Finally got up by using the bath mat and towel. Never used it again as I had got a bruised Coccyx when I went down the first time. Other that the place was okay except for the lounge window that had to be lifted to close it. A fan was available in both rooms to keep it cool. Plenty of towels, large fridge/freezer and extra fridge No cleaner comes near even though a charge is included in the price. forgot to take photos of my own
