104 Andorra apartment close to the beach

The location of the property was excellent Apartment a little dated ( not an issue ) but very clean and had everything we needed although strangely never had a kettle despite having everything else

The check wasn’t as straight forward as we would have liked it to be and check in / out times differed on booking.com No where to store luggage when arrived or departed which was a hassle as we had a later flight and arrived earlier than our check in

Everything about tenerife is good

Still not received deposit back

sofa bed very uncomfortable , sofas in general had seen better days but overall it was fine no problems. i would definetly recommend it

Great location and ideal with two bedrooms with the kids

No AC. There were fans but the apartment was just too warm.

Andorra Apartment 104 Las Americas. Sun Property staff where excellent and dealt with any issues raised. Apartment was very dated and in need of some upgrading. Not worth the rental charged. Kitchen was limited, fridge was small and no freezer just a very small ice box which required defrosting before anything would fit in it. Beds/pillows uncomfortable , no storage , furnishings where old and uncomfortable to sit and relax. No access to bathroom/shower for my daughters wheelchair but anticipated this problem and hired a shower chair in advance. No grabrails in shower cubicle and therefore no access to my daughter for a shower. Apartment located on the corner of the complex and very noisy with traffic , passing holiday makers and shop A/C below. Pool area quiet and a nice place to sunbathe. Have stayed in this complex a few times but usual apartment was sold and booked this apartment due to its local, dis-appointed to say the least.

Lovely apartment, big and spacious and staff are so welcoming and helpful

Only downside is no balcony
