Summit 808 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo

It was a great location and it had everything we needed.

The shower curtain needs to be replaced, is getting moldy.

View, quick response of owners, decor in room, found an amazing book in the room that I really enjoyed!

Flooring was coming apart, bed sat too low, construction was really loud next door, first night we had to call due to no hot water in shower, 3rd day a stranger walked into our room- found he had same room code as we did 😲. Beach had a ton of seaweed

The amenties

I didn’t like how dirty the floors were. There was coil hair in shower. Gum on the nightstand. The flooring by the shower was poorly structured. Stains on blankets. Floor was extremely dirty no matter the sweeping. It needs to be mopped with a swiffer.

It looked like the pool and beach were beautiful, but we arrived at night and had to check out at 9 am so we saw/used nothing. Condo was clean and spacious w a small balcony overlooking the pool and beach

Hard to find the elevator. Pitch black entryway. Hallways were around the outside of the building with spring breakers running through all night-thought one might fall 8 floors down over. Condo was clean, but smelled mildewed despite the potpourri coverup. Bed was painfully squishy. Switched to a bunk bed in the middle of the night.
