Summit 808 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo

The view was incredible and the condo was very nice and relaxing.

Great location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Condo was beautifully updated and decorated. The second sink outside the bedroom was great for two people sharing the bathroom.The view was amazing!!! Owner was very responsive.

The bedroom had wooden mini blinds that didn’t block out the parking lot lights so I had a hard time sleeping. Talked to owner and suggested blackout curtains which he was receptive to looking into.

Nice modern look right on the beach. Perfect size for a couple.

The shower did not drain properly every shower had standing water because it drained out slowly which is disguising. Did like the low bed. There is a dip in the floor between the bedroom and bathroom. The shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Facilities were nice. Nice people and happy for a gated community.

The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on or slept on!! Horrible! Left 5 towels for 6 people for a 5 night stay. Only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for us for that amount of time also. We had to go buy more to have. We had to request towels and got 4. No laundry in the room so it was assumed that we could wash them and reuse them at the laundry mat on site. We did not want to pay to wash their towels. A few plugs did not work. It was a nice place but it would probably not be a rental for me again. Nothing was clear up front and it took us off guard.

Very nice location and so peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful views. Awesome tiki bar. Room was clean and well stocked. I hope to stay again next year.
