Really modern, newly decorated house with all facilities you could need. Nice outdoor space with table, chairs and lawn area. 30 minutes walk to the city centre plus local shops nearby.

Lovely house, smooth check in. Clear instructions provided by host, spotlessly clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Very good location, with a Sainsburys local and a Heron foods about 3 minutes walk away, and a bus stop right in front of the house. Approx 20 min walk to town.

No problems, but a suggestion of maybe an Air freshener in bathroom and an extra tea towel.

Very clean house, well hosted with good information and plenty of basics provided. Control of the thermostat was much appreciated given how cold the weather was when we first arrived. Shower was powerful and bedding of a good quality.

The one toilet being in the bathroom was something that we took some getting used to with there being 5 of us, and it felt like it was a bit too far out to walk into town regularly, but the property is cheaper than others we considered and a bus stop is right outside so on balance I think the price reflected these things and we were very happy with our choice.

Spacious property for a family with adult children All modern conveniences , beautifully heated and close enough to the city centre for walking. Full kitchen allowed us to cook at home when we didn’t feel like eating out.

The only thing not provided was body wash shampoo etc but this wasn’t a problem for us.

The house was clean.

The property is on a, not very picturesque road, about 8 minutes drive from the centre of York. The property says free parking and there is not. The road the house is on has double yellow lines on either side and we had to park quite a bit away. The beds are not very comfortable and the bedding is poor quality.

Great location, beds were comfy. Property was in great condition.
