No light in bathroom on first night. No one had swept the litter from the front door. No rubbish bin. Only a small burnt sponge as a dishcloth and no tea towel. Mould in the bathroom. Bed springs could be felt under the mattress.

Dirty shower, a piece of plywood separating me from next door, bins overflowing out front, gate hanging off the hinge, tv not working. It’s a completely different apartment to the one pictured. On the second night i had a knock on the door by a person who had also booked the room so I shared the night with a stranger. Booking.com have washed their hands of the complaint and the company who own this will not give me a refund in any way. Honestly, do not book anything with this company. That are fraudulent. I will be seeking legal advice on how to proceed with this complaint. Absolutely awful. The worst stay ever with no accountability from either party.

good place to stay, comfy nice and quiet

there was still someone else’s food left over in the fridge, we also used the fridge so it would’ve been nice if it was cleaned out before we arrived
