Cosy studio near NEC, BHX & Resort World

The location was fantastic and convenient to explore , The property had a beautiful and inviting atmosphere which was nice , it was clean ,comfortable and well-maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly on my check in process as there was a prompt response to assist at that time other than that the process was smooth and efficient would highly recommend to others

Didn’t have toiletries like small shower bottles in the bathroom And just the tv Netflix which I wasn’t able to access

I did not see any breakfast . But I expected before I arrived reception call me you check security code . I waited many time because I forgot your number . Make sure the customer arrived or not to guide the key .

After booking a day before customer come must check about key and number security code . Second I afford of of about door up because writhe on the door leave door open I thought the studio was not safe .

Around 9pm of our stay, we heard some commotion outside the front door. When listening closer we could hear a male and female telling the host they’d opened the key box but there was no key in the box. The male then proceeded to kick and punch the front door and the police were called. Whilst the behaviour could not be helped by the host, the room was clearly double booked as the couple were able to open the key box. After speaking to the host, we were promised either a free visit or a refund. After contacting the host, there has been no reply.
