I have rented this lovely little place on and off (when it was available) for over two months, along with the similar property next door, whilst I wait for the purchase of my property to go through. It was lovely and clean, modern and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is great for the lovely beach which is literally across the road, and made for some perfect sunset walks with my dog in the evenings. There's a driveway for parking and a little outdoor area at the back should you wish to sit outside. I felt very safe here being a lone female with a tiny dog, it's very quiet at night which was great for a good night sleep, you can even hear the sound of the waves sometimes which was lovely. The standout for me was the host Michael, he was so very helpful, friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. If I had any questions I always received a prompt response. He was also very helpful when I needed to extend my stays. This is the perfect little property for a beach holiday and I would most definitely recommend it. Thank you Micheal for being such a fab host. 😊

Not being able to stay longer

We really liked the location, which was by the water. The place was up-to-date with modern furniture. Pans, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs were available which was good! There was also an oven tray! There is a washing machine and smart TV! The place was nice and clean and a great place for couples or solo traveling. There is also a parking spot with the place so perfect for if you have a car, no stress of finding a car parking space! Very nice and modern vibe!!

The house got really hot and humid very quickly! There was a fan but the fan did not help whatsoever. Was blowing hot air! There is a washing machine but no rack to hang clothes on even indoors! Just one heater in the living room and a small one in the bedroom which didn't have enough space. The bedroom is really small, there's no wardrobe or a long mirror but there's a little stand where you can just about fit small clothes like tops/jackets.

Very clean, comfortable bedding, everything supplied. Dog friendly and spotless.

No garden to let the dog out,but does not spoil the property or the use of the property.

Accommodation was beautifully renovated and looked modern. There was enough space for me and my 2 teenage sons, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very good customer service and care. It's next to the beach and short drive to more attractions near the Pier. The area was probably not the perfect one, a lot of abandoned houses with overgrown gardens and bad roads, but it didn't disturb us to enjoy our stay as we completed everything that was planned.

The owner is very helpful and caring. The house is super cute and comfortable, very well equipped. We could fit our big Ford Transit Van on the driveway without a problem. Our stay was quite, and we felt secure all the time.

The surroundings could be a bit more cared for, but nothing to do with house or the owner. It is something that Jaywick officials have to care for. Like we told the owner of the house, Jaywick has an enormous potential to be a big tourism point once again. The community was very friendly.
