"Superb"

Very well presented, nice little bungalow / apartment. Really good spot geographically: 10 odd minutes from Seawick in one direction, 15 odd minutes to Jaywick in the other. Street looks a bit run down but don't let that put you off, was pretty quiet whilst I was there (apart from the seagulls!) and I had no issues. Bed was comfy, shower was fine, little sachets of oat milk as an alternative scores a point with me as I'm lactose intolerant, I enjoyed my stay, happily book here again.

I enjoyed my stay, would book here again, but there was a few spots where the cleaning needed a bit more attention. Especially where the bath was, but only very minor, nothing too concerning. Bath was also VERY creaky. Not a problem for me being solo but worth keeping in mind. Parking is tight, and access is tight, if you have a big car it's going to be a bit of a squeeze!

Exellent  communication with all details on how to check in. Good access to the apartment, location,  comfort,  cleanliness, little extras you need such as salt, oil, coffee, tea, milk, water, biscuits, close to the beach, car park in the building. Very nice place to have a good rest from the big and noisy city. Will definitely come back on summer. Thank you Michael.
