Great value for money. Great location Comfy bed, clean bed linen and towels Room was quiet Room and building condition are as you would expect for the price.

I couldn't seem to get any hot water out of the tap and in the morning the shower didn't get any hotter than tepid.

The guest house was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant

Not a lot to be honest I have already said I wish to complain.

Bugs in bathroom, decoration needs to be done which someone admitted to, broken window, tele didn’t work and pictures taken of “good angles” clearly when the room didn’t match. Really I would like compensating

The accommodation is extremely basic and rundown. This is reflected in the price.

The room was enough for what I needed; a bed, tv and a bathroom. I really liked that the roof had both a plug in fan and a plug in heater, suitable for all weathers. A walk away from town centre and easily accessible at all times for residents.

The property was good and tidy itself, however there was a smell of Mari***** when I went down stairs. Perhaps somebody checking in on the tenants would be a good idea to vet them. I would stay again myself but I wouldn’t take my partner or kids.
