MYThe environment of this hotel is very poor. The service staff are perfunctory and they are not allowed to wear shoes when entering the room. However, the underground is very dirty and the footsteps are loud, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.

The noise! The windows don't close fully and there was live music on at the venue next door that was so loud I couldn't sleep for hours. I booked this place for a good sleep after a flight and could not sleep. It's not the owners fault but maybe they could install better windows.
